Position Summary
We are looking for an Associate to join our Compensation and Human Capital Analytics team at General Atlantic. This role will report directly to the Compensation & Analytics Lead. The Associate will collaborate with the Human Capital Management (HCM) team on a variety of internal initiatives, such as compensation planning, headcount reporting, budget forecasting, and broader human capital metrics. The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, excellent data proficiency, and the capability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
