Evaluate and address screening alerts within the payment system to determine the necessary course of action.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements, internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices while addressing alerts.
Maintain accurate documentation of resolution decisions and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Assist the team in analyzing and generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the efficiency and effectiveness of alert processing.
Participate in the development and refinement of internal procedures aimed at improving the management of screening alerts.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, and operations teams, to enhance alert-handling processes.
Engage in audits, reviews, and regulatory inquiries as required.
This position is a fixed-term contract ending on September 30, 2026.
The working hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time.
