As the Associate Creative Director specializing in Copy, you will play an instrumental leadership role in crafting innovative ideas and steering teams to produce impactful work for our oncology clients. This position combines hands-on creative concept development with mentorship, assisting teams in articulating complex scientific concepts into relatable and empathetic narratives. At Klick, ACDs collaborate closely across disciplines, nurture client relationships, and enhance the creative output through effective collaboration, clarity, and artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop strategic, scientifically accurate concepts and copy for oncology brands and campaigns.
- Translate intricate clinical data into clear, precise messaging that aligns with brand strategy and addresses audience needs.
- Mentor and guide copywriters and art partners, providing constructive feedback and fostering opportunities for professional development.
- Work in partnership with Creative Directors, Strategy, Accounts, and Science & Medicine teams to refine concepts and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Oversee the creative process from conception to production, ensuring high-quality standards, accuracy, and robust teamwork throughout.
