MISSION
The mission of the Associate Creative Director is to spearhead and enhance the creative direction of social-first content by devising innovative, culturally relevant ideas that resonate with audiences, fortify each brand’s tone and identity, and generate significant impact across digital platforms. This role collaborates closely with Creative, Strategy, Social, and Account teams, transforming trends, insights, and cultural behaviors into effective campaigns, activations, and executions that ignite conversation, engagement, and tangible business results.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop groundbreaking social media content ideas.
Identify and adapt daily social trends, sounds, and formats.
Partner with creative and strategy teams to generate platform-first ideas and presentation materials.
Stay ahead of pop culture, social behavior, and digital storytelling trends.
Define and maintain each brand’s social tone and aesthetic.
Engage with creators, fans, and communities to foster authentic conversations.
Contribute creative insights to campaigns, brainstorming sessions, and social activations.
Collaborate closely with Social, Strategy, and Account teams for campaign execution.
Assist in tracking performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
Maintain a strong awareness of competitor content and industry best practices.
