Role Overview:
In this position, you will be a pivotal collaborator managing contracts with large, complex vendors and partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations related to delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, addressing member and provider inquiries, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and collaborating on process improvements.
You will also serve as a management resource for delegated vendors, acting as an expert in the end-to-end program. This role demands that you provide knowledgeable support to both internal teams (clinical and claims) and external vendor partners, ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver exceptional care to our members.
You will report directly to the Director of Specialty Contracting.
Work Location: This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. Your role will blend work from your home office with occasional travel for client meetings. #LI-Remote
Compensation Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 annually. Additionally, you will have access to employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
