The Anduril Government Relations (GR) team plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing our government affairs strategy, engaging with federal legislative and executive branches, as well as state and local government officials.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Government Relations to join our team in Washington, DC. In this strategic position, you will contribute to the development of engagement strategies with Members of Congress, their staff, Congressional leadership, Caucuses, and the executive branch. You will also serve as a representative of Anduril to various stakeholders, including congressional staff, executive branch officials, industry groups, and other relevant audiences.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in national security-related U.S. federal budget and appropriations processes, understanding how these impact our business development initiatives. You should be a proactive self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a vital member of the Government Relations team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the formulation and execution of both short-term and long-term government relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation, strengthen industry positioning, and foster a deeper understanding of our business objectives in Washington, DC.
- Developing and implementing government relations strategies across various business lines and fiscal years while engaging in company-wide efforts.
