Position Overview:
The Associate Director of the Annual Fund will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and expanding our comprehensive annual giving program. This includes leading the Founders Circle initiative, a multichannel leadership giving program that emphasizes personalized donor engagement. You will manage key aspects of this $5 million program, implementing annual giving strategies, coordinating donor communications, collaborating with the Events team to create memorable donor experiences, and ensuring the success of appeals, renewals, and stewardship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will develop and implement a robust annual giving strategy that aligns with our organizational goals. Working closely with the Director of Development Operations, you will collaborate across the Development team and engage with colleagues statewide to enhance donor engagement and retention. Your leadership in stewardship efforts will be crucial to strengthening donor relationships and inspiring increased contributions. Additionally, you will design and execute a segmented, highly personalized, multi-channel annual giving program utilizing direct mail, email, digital outreach, and events to deepen donor engagement and loyalty.
