Role Summary
As the Associate Director of Brand Development, you will lead comprehensive brand development initiatives for a range of early-stage ventures. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from insights and positioning to naming, identity creation, launch strategies, and early-scale playbooks.
Collaborating closely with venture founders and studio leaders, you will define the essence of each company, its target audience, and its presence across various touchpoints.
Your mission is to establish brands that inspire trust among patients, gain credibility from clinicians, and attract investor interest through compelling narratives and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft brand architectures, positioning, and messaging frameworks for multiple zero-to-one healthcare ventures.
- Drive customer and consumer insights, pinpointing barriers and triggers to purchase.
- Oversee the development of naming conventions, visual identities, tone of voice, and core narratives, collaborating with internal and external creative partners as necessary.
- Implement customer segmentation and formulate marketing plans to nurture diverse segments throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Design and execute launch and early-growth brand campaigns across various channels, including organic, social media, content, and partnerships, tailored to each venture’s stage and target audience.
- Lead programs and projects across various customer touchpoints to enhance customer consideration and trust in our brands.
- Act as a passionate advocate for customers, ensuring an intuitive user experience while achieving business objectives.
- Establish modular brand systems and templates to streamline branding efforts.
