POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director of Statistical Programming is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and quality assurance of data programming and statistical analysis deliverables to support clinical trial execution and prepare submission readiness packages. This role provides both technical and operational leadership to ensure compliance and the generation of high-quality analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) in alignment with CDISC standards and FDA guidelines. As an individual contributor, this position will enhance the statistical programming framework within the Biometric department, and over time, build and lead a highly effective team comprising contractors, vendors, CROs, and FTEs.
This position will closely collaborate with Biostatistics, Clinical Data Management, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to facilitate submission readiness and successful regulatory communications.
This role is ideally situated in our Seattle, WA location, with a requirement to work on-site at least two days per week. For the right candidate, remote work within the US may be considered.
