The Associate Director of Compensation plays a crucial role in implementing and managing global job and compensation frameworks within the strategic vision defined by the Total Rewards leadership. This position involves assisting in the design, administration, and enhancement of compensation programs across Precision Medicine Group (PMG). The Associate Director will oversee the annual compensation cycle management, including calendar planning, guidelines, pay ranges, and calibration processes, while also conducting market benchmarking.
This role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across all operational regions. The Associate Director will proactively advise and consult with senior leadership, utilizing data analytics and insights to inform decisions regarding pay positioning, compliance, and talent strategy. Additionally, this position entails conducting analyses and interpretations related to PMG’s global compensation programs.
