Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the AoPS curriculum through dynamic, participatory classes that engage students while expertly managing classroom dynamics.
Assist in the recruitment and training processes for part-time educators.
Support the administrative and logistical operations of the campus, including customer service initiatives.
Engage with prospective families to assess students' academic abilities and explain the advantages of our program, thereby supporting enrollment and sales efforts.
Provide counseling and support to current students and their families as needed.
Facilitate and implement community-building activities aimed at fostering a strong campus culture and enhancing student retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in education or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
Advanced degree related to the subject area is preferred.
Strong content knowledge in language arts.
A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with advanced K-12 students.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
