Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the AoPS curriculum through interactive, student-centered classes, effectively managing the classroom environment.
- Assist in the recruitment and training processes for part-time staff and educators.
- Support the campus's administrative, logistical, and customer service initiatives.
- Engage with prospective families to evaluate student capabilities, assess fit, and communicate the advantages of our program.
- Provide guidance and support to current students and their families as necessary.
- Contribute to the design and execution of community-building activities to foster a strong campus culture and improve student retention.
