Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in building services.Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex projects.Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with project management software and tools.PE or CPEng accreditation is preferred but not mandatory.
