Role Summary
We are looking for an Associate Director of Monitoring Oversight Management to lead Apogee’s Oversight Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), ensuring rigorous oversight of CRO monitoring and site management activities for our sponsored clinical trials. This role involves global support for contracted Oversight CRAs. As the primary liaison between Apogee’s in-house Oversight CRAs and Lead CRAs, you will help cultivate a team culture that prioritizes site and patient-centric approaches, essential for positioning Apogee as the “Sponsor of Choice” among our CRO partners and clinical sites. Additionally, you will play a vital role in developing monitoring processes, continuously assessing monitoring resources, and formulating and implementing risk-based monitoring strategies.
