The Role:
As the Associate Director of Sales Force Effectiveness, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Insights & Analytics. This pivotal position is essential for constructing and refining the sales framework for our NSCLC portfolio. You will spearhead initiatives in sales analytics, field goal forecasting, CRM management, incentive compensation design, territory alignment, and overall sales force effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess substantial oncology experience, a thorough understanding of innovative customer engagement models, and a proven track record of optimizing sales force deployment in a launch setting.
