About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative Associate Director of Social Strategy to spearhead creative and social strategies for our most culturally significant accounts. This senior role is ideal for a visionary thinker who prioritizes ideas and understands cultural dynamics, translating these insights into impactful, platform-native content. You will oversee the strategic direction of key accounts, guiding the creative framework, content strategy, and cultural narratives from inception to execution. Collaborating closely with our Creative, Accounts, and Production teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, particularly at the VP and CMO levels. We seek a candidate with a strong editorial sensibility, proactive ideas, and the confidence to drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily social and creative strategies across designated accounts, including ongoing content, key campaigns, and custom activations.
- Create cultural frameworks, trend forecasts, and proactive proposals to keep clients at the forefront of industry conversations.
- Serve as the strategic lead in client meetings, clearly presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Accounts, Production, and Social Media teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout execution.
- Contribute to new business proposals and RFPs as a primary voice for creative strategy.
- Mentor junior strategists, offering guidance and constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of platform best practices, emerging trends, and cultural moments across TikTok, Instagram, X, and beyond.
