Role Overview: Associate eLearning Developer
We are looking for a motivated eLearning Developer at the start of their career to join our Client Services Technical Enablement team. This position is perfect for individuals who are adept at translating complex technical concepts into engaging and easily digestible learning experiences. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and cross-functional partners, you will create eLearning content that enhances internal team capabilities in a dynamic, technical setting.
This hands-on role emphasizes content creation, learning technology utilization, and ongoing improvement. While prior engineering experience is not necessary, a willingness to learn technical concepts and proficiency with modern authoring and content management tools are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
Design and maintain high-quality eLearning content, including interactive modules, simulations, and assessments.
Convert technical documentation, product features, and workflows into learner-friendly instructional materials.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather requirements, ensure technical accuracy, and refine learning resources.
Create content utilizing eLearning authoring tools such as Domiknow, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Implement instructional design best practices to ensure content is engaging, accessible, and effective.
Revise and update existing courses based on product updates, feedback, or performance analytics.
Adhere to established content standards, templates, and development processes.
Assist with basic learning analytics and content performance assessments.
