- Seeking a seasoned cost management professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience within the construction sector, including at least 5 years in Dubai or the Middle Eastern region.
- Preferably focused on Post-Contract roles, with a proven track record of managing prestigious landmark projects and leading teams of more than 6 members.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple asset types, including luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Proficient in claims management and contract administration (FIDIC) for both consultants and contractors.
- Experience overseeing projects with significant CAPEX values, exceeding USD 200 million.
- Ability to take initiative and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Expertise in providing strategic advice on procurement, phasing strategies, consultant appointments, contractor selection; supporting feasibility studies, pre-contract estimating, and overseeing the post-contract phase including contract close-out.
- Responsible for managing projects and resources in alignment with project requirements, serving as the primary client contact for mid-scale projects.
- Accountable for a diverse range of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, typically within a specific end market sector.
- Tasked with briefing team members on project scopes to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Overseeing resource management across various projects while adhering to budget constraints.
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with established procedures.
- Managing benchmarking, data collection, and internal reporting.
- Mentoring junior staff members to foster their professional growth and assisting with the graduate development program when needed.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of direct reports.
