Role Overview:

As an Associate Inbound Sales Representative, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, immediate interactions to customers and prospects, setting the stage for exceptional client relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about establishing a career in sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of product and sales inquiries effectively.
- Perform consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot’s sales funnel through phone, live chat, and email.
- Assist users in overcoming technical challenges and suggest best practices for software use.
- Schedule high-quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for Inbound Growth Assessments.
- Identify and provide the best next steps or resources to support customers and users.
- Work collaboratively across teams within HubSpot to enhance the experience for both HubSpotters and our clients.
