Join our dynamic team as an Associate Learning Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping engaging and effective learning experiences. Your contributions will help translate program blueprints into reality through the design and delivery of impactful training materials. This position involves facilitating group sessions and applying instructional design principles in practical settings, enhancing both learner confidence and your own skills as an emerging facilitator and designer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in crafting structured learning experiences tailored to specific program needs and audience objectives.
Support the creation of diverse training materials, including slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, and knowledge base articles.
Co-facilitate live learning sessions such as onboarding, workshops, and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) under the mentorship of a Learning Consultant.
Utilize foundational instructional design methods—such as scaffolding, practice, and feedback loops—to boost learner engagement and retention.
Regularly update and maintain pod-specific learning resources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
Gather learner feedback and assist in monitoring session data and completion metrics.
Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Learning Consultants to ensure alignment of learning content with established outcomes.
Engage in peer reviews and ongoing training to continually enhance your facilitation and design capabilities.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve delivery flow, enhance learner engagement, and clarify content.
