Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily management of licensing partnerships within the toys and collectibles category, collaborating on consumer product programs that meet property objectives to drive revenue. Focus areas will include adult and children's collectibles.Negotiate licensing agreements from inception to execution.Collaborate with franchise and consumer products teams to align product line strategies and development with overarching brand objectives.Partner with product development teams to establish product and category strategies and identify new business opportunities.Manage the financial forecasting process and monitor ongoing business performance.Work closely with the North America retail sales team to maximize consumer-level opportunities.Engage in collaborative efforts involving various teams across the organization, including Legal, Finance, and others.

This role is pivotal in overseeing specific segments of Universal Products and Experiences' North American collectibles and toys licensing business. Responsibilities include partner relationship management, conducting financial analyses, and spearheading new business development initiatives to align with team objectives and enhance revenue growth.

Compensation for this role ranges from $70,500 to $90,000 annually.
