Meet Our Team:
The B2B Pricing team is an integral part of B2B Marketing, collaborating with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Data Science to define, test, and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability for Agoda and our partners. We utilize deep analytical rigor paired with an experimentation mindset to optimize marketing levers, primarily focusing on pricing, and provide insights for growth across B2B2C channels.
Your Opportunity:
As the Manager, B2B Pricing, you will take ownership of pricing strategy and execution, serving as a data-driven consultant for B2B2C growth initiatives. You will translate commercial objectives into actionable pricing and marketing strategies, design measurement frameworks, and lead cross-functional implementation efforts that enhance business outcomes. Collaborating closely with the commercial organization and cross-functional stakeholders, you will become a key partner in pricing and growth decisions for vital partners, including prominent loyalty programs, marketplaces, and digital wallets such as Rakuten and Paytm.
In this role, you will:
- Define and refine pricing strategies, segmentation, and marketing actions for partners.
- Lead the experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate tests), establishing hypotheses, success metrics, and decision frameworks.
- Develop marketing roadmaps and conduct analyses (elasticity, cannibalization, incrementality) to inform pertinent marketing actions.
- Act as a consultative growth advisor to partner teams, co-creating joint plans, modeling impact/P&L, and aligning OKRs.
