Role Overview
The Associate Manager of Workplace Experience is tasked with cultivating and guiding a high-performing team within the East region, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and uniformity across various office locations. This role is office-based, requiring a five-day workweek.
As both a strategic partner and a hands-on leader, you will oversee budgeting, safety and compliance standards, team performance metrics, and cross-departmental collaboration. Your main objective will be to enhance the overall employee experience across all regional offices while nurturing talent and enforcing operational rigor.
