Qualifications
As an Associate Managing Director II, your responsibilities will include building a capable team, orchestrating all Market Focus activities in your region, and ensuring high client satisfaction. You will be tasked with generating new revenue streams and expanding existing ones within your Market Focus. Your external focus will involve nurturing relationships with prospective clients and business partners, including architects, PM/CM firms, and key general contractors. You will be responsible for tracking leads for major pursuits, forecasting project pipelines, and developing winning strategies and teams.Key responsibilities include:Achieving meaningful growth of 8% year-over-yearCollaborating with Practice Area Directors on staffing and project pursuitsCross-selling our services across multiple clients and understanding the local marketplaceEstablishing annual budgets and business plans; overseeing accounts receivable collectionsNetworking with clients to lead the team in generating new revenue and enhancing existing revenue streamsPossessing industry-recognized expertise in the local AEC building marketParticipating in SENSE, EDT, and intern programsMaintaining high employee moraleManaging P&L and achieving high financial performance indicatorsCoordinating office eventsImplementing and enforcing company-wide standards and playbooksDriving Vision 2025 and 2035 initiativesFostering talent growth and development through recruitment, performance reviews, and training
