Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in a strategy or operations role.A Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to conduct complex analyses and convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.Proven project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities while taking initiative and working independently.A collaborative mindset, capable of securing buy-in and thriving in a multi-team, geographically diverse environment.Detail-oriented, demonstrating meticulousness and a strong focus on accuracy.Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python, with a commitment to continuous skill development.Experience in marketing is a plus.

This position is based in New York City, with a requirement to be in the office three times a week.
