Job Purpose
The Associate, Program Data Management will play a crucial role in the digitization of data collection tools using SurveyCTO and other electronic platforms. This position will involve programming survey logic, validations, and constraints, providing essential support to data collectors in the field, addressing technical challenges, and monitoring data quality. The Associate will conduct data cleaning, processing, and management tasks, ensuring compliance with protocols and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, this role will assist in upholding data quality assurance systems and contribute to the development of descriptive statistics and data summaries as required. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, be methodical in their approach, and manage multiple data streams with high accuracy.
This position is an integral part of the Data Analytics and Learning team within Evidence Action's broader Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) framework.
The Associate will report to the Senior Associate, Program Data Management, receiving mentorship on data processes, contributing to team deliverables, and enhancing their technical and professional skills.
