Job PurposeThe Program Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation Scale-Up project in Oyo State. This individual will collaborate closely with state officials to enhance MMS program planning, execution, and monitoring while working alongside the MMS MLE Associate, Senior Manager, and the Country MMS team.Role SummaryRole Type: Temporary HireLocation: Ibadan, Oyo StateDuties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the daily planning, execution, and coordination of MMS Scale-Up activities across various programs.Conduct regular supervision and monitoring of MMS program operations in conjunction with the Zonal Senior Manager, MLE Associate, and Country MMS team.Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders involved in the MMS Scale-Up initiative and other partner organizations.Provide training support and create essential program materials, including activity budgets, meeting reports, and agendas for MMS Scale-Up activities.Engage in coordination and networking with other Evidence Action divisions, project partners, and relevant stakeholders.
