What Does Success Look Like in This Role?In this position, you will effectively deliver high-impact conversational AI features, facilitate seamless bot implementations, and achieve significant improvements in automation metrics, such as containment rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and resolution efficiency.What Makes You a Good Fit?Key requirements include:2–5 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis, particularly within SaaS or technology sectors.Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and bot implementations.Strong knowledge of CRM systems and integration workflows in customer support processes.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and adeptness at coordinating cross-functional teams.Essential Skills:Ability to design engaging conversational experiences, including intent creation, entity management, fallback strategies, and flow optimization.Experience overseeing Agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management.Proficient in analyzing analytics and performance metrics to enhance product offerings.Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical teams and business stakeholders.You Will Have an Edge If You:Possess experience with LLM-powered chatbots, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.Have worked with the WhatsApp Business API or possess experience in omnichannel bot deployment.

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial discovery to sprint execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful deployment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, NLP/AI, quality assurance, and client teams to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Oversee CRM integration scenarios, including ticket creation, routing, agent handover, and service level agreement (SLA) workflows.
- Analyze bot performance metrics to continuously improve conversation quality and automation outcomes.
This position is Bangalore-based. Our team operates in the office five days a week, as we believe in the innovative power of in-person collaboration.
