With 25 years of experience, we are a full-service agency dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes for pharmaceutical and life science clients through behavioral science. Our innovative approach combines behavior-change strategies, captivating creativity, and strategic technology use to influence the behaviors of our target audiences, be it patients or healthcare professionals.
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our vibrant team. In this entry-level remote role, you will collaborate closely with our senior Project Managers and report directly to a Senior Project Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project progress within the agency, including coordinating work reviews, managing submissions for client and medical/legal review, organizing meetings, and supporting timeline and budget management.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes to transition projects from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal departments—creative, technology, strategy, account management, and behavioral services—throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gain extensive knowledge of various submission platforms through training.
- Understand and prepare assets from the creative team for submission, including references, citations, and claims, while coordinating with project teams.
- Maintain electronic job folders according to established protocols and manage project routing for review and sign-off via the Ziflow platform.
- Keep project records updated, which includes opening and closing projects, updating tasks, and uploading files.
- Generate weekly project financial reports.
- Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings.
- Assist Senior Project Managers and the broader project management team.
