As an Associate Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing client projects that often involve substantial investments, emphasizing the importance of relationship building and client nurturing.
In this position, you will be at the intersection of various departments, including sales, product, engineering, data science, and data operations, collaborating to deliver sophisticated AI-driven solutions for our clients. Our Customer Success team offers unparalleled exposure to the business landscape, technology, and the inner workings of our organization, as well as valuable client interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive onboarding process of clients onto the ParallelDots platform.
- Oversee and implement all client change management requests.
- Ensure the successful delivery of all client project requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators to enhance client ROI.
- Assist in streamlining project operations for greater efficiency.
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of data processed and reported to clients.
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel; familiarity with advanced Excel is a plus.
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups or demanding roles.
- Strong dedication and reliability in meeting client deliverables punctually.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Adaptability to meet the evolving requirements of our clients.
