YOUR IMPACT
As a rapidly growing, product-led organization, our platform automates the majority of customer renewals. This position is essential in supporting that process by facilitating low- and no-touch renewals at scale. We seek a meticulous, process-oriented Associate Renewals Specialist to guarantee that a high volume of renewals is executed accurately, punctually, and with minimal friction for our clients.
The Associate Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing renewals from start to finish for a substantial portfolio of clients, including renewal and expansion opportunities (co-termed upsell/cross-sell initiatives) throughout the renewal cycle. This role operates using established playbooks, standard offers, and defined workflows to achieve timely and precise renewal results. Any non-standard commercial requests and cross-functional obstacles will be escalated through designated channels. Daily coordination with internal teams follows structured intake processes, while complex or unique scenarios will be referred to the Senior Renewals Specialist for resolution.
