About the job
- Develop and implement innovative customer journeys aimed at maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Take charge of upselling and cross-selling initiatives within our lead base.
- Establish data-driven strategies for customer segmentation — from leads to existing customers — and determine the appropriate sales/product channels for each segment.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and other stakeholders to fully leverage growth opportunities.
- Be an integral part of our team, driving one of the most significant strategic growth projects at Enpal.
