Please note that this role is hybrid, based in Bucharest, with an expected in-office presence of around three days per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and resolving incidents utilizing our established processes and tools.
- Adhere to best practices to enhance system efficiency, stability, and availability.
- Leverage your knowledge of logging to aid in monitoring, alerting, and diagnosing root causes of issues.
- Employ continuous delivery techniques to support, enhance, and deliver high-quality software rapidly, collaborating with teams to refine solutions for our clients.
- Stay informed and apply the latest technological insights from our Technology Radar to tackle client challenges.
Job Qualifications
Technical Skills
- You possess less than one year of professional technology experience.
- You are enthusiastic about acquiring new technical skills and concepts.
