As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will embody a customer-first approach, crafting straightforward success plans, guiding light onboarding, and adoption processes, and ensuring stakeholders recognize value throughout their journey. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Support, you will align efforts to set customers on the path to success.
Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Onboarding:
Facilitate lightweight onboarding and implementation of ClickUp.
Guide customers through foundational setup and enablement while advocating ClickUp best practices.
Account Health Management
Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and engagement of Champions/Stakeholders.
Develop and implement straightforward adoption plans and account reviews to maintain or enhance account health.
Identify risks at an early stage and create recovery plans in collaboration with the account team, escalating to leadership for complex risks.
Provide continuous enablement, ensuring customers evolve with the platform.
Lite Workflow Mapping
Conduct templatized Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for critical workflows.
Facilitate discovery sessions to map current-state versus future-state processes.
Lite AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
Promote the adoption of ClickUp AI and implement simple Agents linked to customer use cases.
Deliver training on AI and automation best practices.
Customer Success & Expansion
Act as a partner to small sales-assisted accounts, linking adoption to business value.
Identify upsell opportunities through templated playbooks and proactive engagement.
