About the Role
As an Associate Technical Support Specialist, you will manage tickets and alerts while facilitating internal communication and proactive troubleshooting, including escalations and follow-ups. This role provides valuable exposure to the intricacies of troubleshooting complex distributed systems.

What You’ll Bring
- A genuine interest in Behavox, demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace, and technologies
- 0-2 years of technical experience, ideally in an application support role within a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to learning and development
