Join CapTech's innovative Customer Experience (CX) team as an Associate UX Director / Lead Product Designer. We are looking for a talented professional with a proven history of crafting intricate digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible.
As a key UX leader, your expertise will significantly influence user behavior and strengthen brand-to-customer relationships through the creation of elegant and engaging digital products and services. Collaborating closely with project managers, user researchers, UX and UI designers, content strategists, and developers, you'll play a vital role in bringing comprehensive digital experiences to fruition.
While your primary focus will be hands-on client delivery, you will also have the opportunity to lead engagement teams and mentor junior talents. Your leadership skills will not only nurture client relationships and facilitate account growth but also inspire the next generation of design leaders within our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, responsive visual designs, and interactive prototypes while adhering to interaction design and usability best practices.
- Manage project teams to nurture junior creatives, develop their talents, and enhance the quality of client deliverables.
- Present design concepts and rationales to clients and internal teams in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Create clean, informative, and concise presentations for clients and internal teams that effectively communicate the rationale behind your designs.
- Provide insightful and constructive feedback on the overall design experience, including interactions, information architecture, content, layout, and alignment with goals and brand identity.
- Conduct competitive assessments and offer innovative alternatives, while staying informed about design and technology trends.
