Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with wholesale and business clients, serving as a trusted consultant for cash management solutions.
- Drive sales growth and revenue enhancement through effective cross-selling, up-selling, and delivering customized proposals that align with client needs.
- Analyze client business models to uncover opportunities for operational efficiencies utilizing corporate card and cash management products.
- Offer expert insights on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the UAE and GCC region.
- Collaborate with product development, operations, IT, and compliance teams to create and implement tailored, compliant solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to strategically position offerings and suggest product enhancements.
- Oversee operational, credit, and compliance risks tied to cash management products, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, rapid issue resolution, and robust platform support.
- Meet and exceed division-specific sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Monitor performance metrics and keep abreast of industry best practices to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
