If so, we invite you to join us as an Atelier Manager.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Activity Organization:
- You will coordinate and oversee production activities in accordance with the production schedule, ensuring compliance with existing quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- You will assess recruitment needs based on activity levels in collaboration with the HR department.
- You will monitor daily production metrics using available indicators (OEE, downtime rates, dosages, execution procedures).
- You will actively participate in identifying and managing urgent issues.
Industrial Performance Management:
- You will manage production costs and track economic and budgetary indicators to meet established objectives.
- You will facilitate team meetings and collaboration with other departments to ensure the industrial performance of your area.
Team Leadership and Management:
- You will lead your team, overseeing human resource management in conjunction with site management and HR (recruitment, skill development, absenteeism, disciplinary actions).
- You will coordinate with team leaders to foster employee skill development (performance reviews, skill development plans, training…)
- You will uphold a culture of health and safety for all employees and assets.
Work Environment:
- Industrial equipment (4 production lines)
- A receiving area for raw materials
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards related to certification requirements (ISO 50 001, 14001 IFS V7).
- Work in a cold environment
- Seasonal activity
