Position Details: This full-time role requires flexibility, including some weekend coverage, to meet the event and grounds needs of the sports schedules across fall, winter, spring, and summer training. We invite you to be a part of an outstanding team within a growing company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide services that meet customer expectations while emphasizing quality work.
- Engage in proactive communication with account leaders and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct general building maintenance, including scheduled tasks and equipment repairs.
- Perform light maintenance activities, such as lighting, carpentry, painting, deep cleaning, and safety systems.
- Handle grounds maintenance tasks, including trimming, weeding, and mowing, according to seasonal requirements.
- Assist in setting up athletic events as per seasonal needs.
- Manage tickets within the Work Order system—entering, modifying, and monitoring as necessary.
- Collaborate with account leaders to maintain facility operations within approved budgets.
- Support the site-based facilities team to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
