As part of the Global Support team, your responsibilities will include managing technical requests and troubleshooting issues for our key clients. You will play an essential role in ensuring that client needs are addressed promptly, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Your daily tasks will involve assessing client requests, determining appropriate actions, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve any issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring requests and issues are managed within agreed SLAs.
Log client requests and issues proactively while being mindful of their impact.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance technical support and understanding.
Maintain open lines of communication between internal teams and clients.
