As an Audit Lead, you will oversee audit engagements of varying complexity, engage in risk-based assurance and advisory projects, and contribute to the quality of audit work. This role entails testing models and model-related tools within audit engagements. You will support Auditor-In-Charge (AIC) responsibilities while staying informed about financial services regulations, interacting effectively with regulators.
Your responsibilities will include managing multiple audit engagements, reviewing engagement planning, fieldwork, and reporting. You will lead strategic initiatives and assist in the development of a risk-based audit plan. By collaborating with subject matter experts, you will analyze issues, establish relationships, assess risks, and enhance internal controls. You will also adhere to the Institute of Internal Auditors' International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics.
This position offers a flexible work environment requiring in-office presence four days a week, based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is available.
