Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the safe movement of vehicles in and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring repairs meet or exceed production and quality standards.Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals.Manage the daily operations of your team; assess strengths and weaknesses, and implement strategies for improvement.Engage with your team, providing coaching, performance management, and feedback to cultivate desired skills.Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, team collaboration, and alignment with Carvana’s core values.Communicate expectations, performance metrics, and goals clearly to team members.Address and resolve conflicts among team members proactively.Ensure compliance with systems, policies, procedures, and performance expectations.Review and approve any identified mechanical or physical defects in incoming inventory.Collaborate with the Inspection Center General Manager to assess and determine actions regarding inventory based on repair costs and overall vehicle quality.
