Qualifications
As the Auto Refinish Manager, your responsibilities will include:Safely manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs, while consistently meeting or exceeding production and quality benchmarks.Achieve or surpass inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.Supervise daily operations of your team; evaluate strengths and weaknesses; identify opportunities for improvement.Engage your team through effective coaching, development, and performance management; provide constructive feedback and exemplify desired skills.Foster a work environment that promotes positive communication, teamwork, and alignment with Carvana’s core values.Communicate proactively with team members, ensuring clarity regarding expectations, performance metrics, and objectives.Address and resolve conflicts among team members.Ensure compliance with systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.Review and approve detected mechanical and physical defects in incoming inventory.Lead a team of production associates and collaborate with the Inspection Center General Manager to assess inventory for repairs or rejections based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.
