Join our team as an Automobile Fleet Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and control of our vehicle fleet in France. This role focuses on economic performance, regulatory compliance, and energy transition.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Implementing the vehicle allocation and renewal strategy for Forvis Mazars across France.
- Managing vehicle orders, deliveries, transfers, and returns.
- Overseeing administrative tasks (insurance, fuel cards, technical inspections, accidents, fines).
- Controlling supplier billing and optimizing costs.
- Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (benefits in kind, vehicle usage tax (TVU), amortizations, CSR reporting / LOM law).
- Managing budgets, usage costs, and TCOs.
- Supporting users and ensuring adherence to the Mobility Charter (to be established).
- Participating in the energy transition of the fleet.
- Monitoring the consumption of electric charging stations available to employees.
- Negotiating with suppliers and managing partnerships with service providers.
Additionally, you may engage in topics unrelated to the vehicle fleet but related to the firm's purchasing policy (cost analysis, renegotiations, calls for tenders).
This position is based in Lyon, with regular travel expected to Paris approximately twice a month.
