Qualifications
Responsibilities:Oversee the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs while consistently meeting or exceeding production and quality benchmarks.Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals.Supervise the daily operations of the assigned team; assess team strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary steps.Engage and mentor team members, providing effective coaching, development, and performance management; deliver constructive feedback and exemplify desired skills.Foster a work environment that encourages positive communication, teamwork, and adherence to Carvana’s core values.Communicate vital information to team members, ensuring clarity around expectations, performance metrics, and objectives.Address and resolve conflicts among team members proactively.Ensure compliance with systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.Review and authorize the identification of mechanical and physical defects in incoming inventory.Lead a team of production associates, collaborating with the Inspection Center General Manager to determine when to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.Conduct training for team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
