This role is crucial in guaranteeing that every tender and RFP submission is accurate, compliant, and timely, while also being persuasive, tailored to the customer, and clearly communicating Terminalfour’s value in relation to the challenges and priorities of the institution.In this position, you will guide a team of bid writers, coordinating multiple simultaneous submissions across various regions while serving as the editorial and quality control authority for all bid responses. This role merges team leadership, ownership of narrative and messaging, stakeholder coordination, and stringent quality assurance, with hands-on involvement as necessary to support priority bids.This position transcends merely administrative or volume-driven tasks. Success will be evaluated based on the consistency, clarity, and persuasiveness of our submissions, as well as the team's ability to customize messaging for each customer rather than relying on generic responses.To clarify, the term “bid” encompasses proposals, RFIs, RFPs, RFTs, and framework agreement proposals.We are particularly interested in candidates who have excelled in growth-stage or mid-sized organizations, where success hinges on being proactive, adaptable, and comfortable leading in a collaborative environment rather than functioning within a large corporate bid framework.
