As an Automotive Service Advisor at Brakes Plus, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence and embodying our core values. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your mission will be to foster a dynamic and motivated team environment while collaborating closely with the Service Team to drive performance improvements. Your hands-on leadership will ensure adherence to store processes, enabling us to deliver an unparalleled customer experience in our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers on sales, service inquiries, and adjustments.
Foster a motivating team climate that encourages high performance.
Supervise and coordinate technicians and service personnel, managing scheduling and task assignments.
Provide coaching on operational issues to service department team members.
Assess and evaluate the performance and productivity of service department staff.
Oversee parts inventory management and ensure timely restocking of in-house parts.
Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring proper use and upkeep of safety equipment.
Supervise the service department layout and equipment to comply with safety standards.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety in service delivery.
