Qualifications:Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent service to our customers.7+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.Proficient in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.High level of computer literacy.Ability to meet or exceed productivity goals.Eagerness to learn additional skills and processes.Professional appearance and effective communication skills.Commitment to long-term career growth and development.ASE Certifications are highly preferred.Experience with flashing and programming is a plus.Physical Requirements:Must be capable of lifting and/or moving items over 100 pounds occasionally.Ability to work with tools on vehicles elevated above head.Comfortable working in cramped spaces as required by vehicle repairs.Dexterous enough to efficiently use hand tools.Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
