Minimum Requirements:We consider a combination of education and experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and must pass a Criminal Background Check.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.OR High School diploma with FAA Airframe and Powerplant ratings and five (5) years of airline/OEM/Military avionics engineering experience.OR High School Diploma with ten (10) years of airline/OEM/Military avionics engineering experience.Certifications:Airframe & Powerplant, FCC License, or EASA B2.Avionics Engineer License is preferred.Experience:At least five (5) years of experience in airline/OEM/Military avionics engineering.Additional Skills:Hands-on experience with aircraft wiring changes and avionics testing procedures.Proficiency in research related to ADs and other FARs.Familiarity with Arbortext editing software, TRAX, and MS Office products.
