Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess new ETF opportunities and contribute to the design of index and/or active strategies for future product development.Lead stakeholder discussions on structuring new passive products, providing insights on exposures, index methodologies, and competitive positioning of both proposed and existing ETFs.Coordinate the implementation and setup of new products alongside a cross-functional team, including Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Portfolio Management.Analyze the competitive landscape for new ETFs, offering strategic insights for go-to-market initiatives for ETF launches.Conduct quantitative analyses using Excel and data from third-party platforms like Bloomberg and Morningstar.Draft and review key documents, including prospectuses and board materials.Skills & Experience4-7 years of relevant experience in asset management or the ETF industry.Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or a related field.Proficient in analyzing financial data across various asset classes using financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar).Demonstrated ability to develop Excel models for market forecasting and P&L analysis.Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
